Can you send my order in an unmarked box/packaging?
We send all orders in a plain box with minimal branding. If you want us to send the item in unmarked packaging, please mention it in the note section when you check out.

Do you offer prepaid return postage?
In the event of an error in your received order, we gladly provide prepaid return postage. However, for all other cases, we do not offer prepaid return postage, and you have to bear it.
Do you refund the postage cost for next day delivery?
We offer free delivery on all UK orders. However, assuming that the customer opts for next day delivery and decides to return the purchase for any reason whatsoever. In that case, unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for the delivery cost.
