How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All parcels are typically posted on the same working day, provided that we receive your order before 1400. Our standard delivery ensures that your package will arrive promptly within 2 to 3 working days for deliveries within the UK. For international deliveries, the timeframe depends on the courier and usually ranges from 4 to 10 working days.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you've placed your order, you'll promptly receive an email confirming that we have successfully received your request. Please note that shipment will begin promptly after we receive your payment and confirm your billing and delivery address. Alternatively, you can conveniently check the real-time status of your order by logging into the member area.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

I have only worn the shoes a little bit. Can I still return them?
We cannot accept used items because if we find any signs of use, they cannot be sold. Please try the shoes by wearing them briefly on a clean surface, most likely on a carpet. If you meet the conditions mentioned above and wish to exchange or return the items for any reason, we will be glad to help you. In other cases, please don't send us the used shoes as you have to pay the shipping cost to get them back, or we dispose of them.
I’ve purchased the wrong size or colour

My order status is on hold; what does it mean?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on weekdays. However, if your order is experiencing a delay, it may be due to a payment or inventory issue. In such cases, we send a detailed email outlining the matter. Please check both your inbox and junk folder for our message. Respond to us promptly, so we can speed up your order.
I have a discount code. How can I use it?

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 45-day no-quibble return policy. If you ever need to return the shoes for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will gladly provide you with the return address. Shoes must be in unused/resalable condition.
