What shipping couriers do you use?
We normally use the following courier services: Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Yodel and Evri. If you want us to use a specific courier company for your order, please contact our customer support, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will I receive the order if I place it after 1400?
We will send your package today, but it may take 3–4 days for domestic delivery and 7–10 days for international delivery.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within one working day, with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
